6 month agoIsrael has now confirmed that the “Shayetet 13” Commando Unit of the Israeli Navy has intercepted the “Freedom Flotilla” off the coast of the Gaza Strip, with all of its members being detained without injury or incident, as the pleasure yacht, Madleen, will be towed to Ashdod. All members of the “Freedom Flotilla” will be transported to Israel before being returned to their home countries in Europe.

6 month agoThe Israeli army and Shin Bet confirm that the body of Hamas leader Mohammed Sinwar was found by troops in a tunnel that ran underneath the European Hospital in southern Gaza's Khan Younis. The body was taken from the tunnel, used by Hamas as a command center, on Saturday, after troops reached the hospital several days prior. Several other bodies, belonging to other Hamas operatives, were also taken.
