Despite its denials of involvement, Hezbollah had claimed to have launched dozens of rockets at an Israeli military base in the Golan Heights, located just north of Majdal Shams.
Colonel Avichay Adraee, the Israeli army's Arabic-language spokesman, reveals the name of the Hezbollah commander who directed the deadly rocket attack on Majdal Shams. He says the attack was directed by Ali Muhammad Yahya, who is the commander of a rocket launching site in the Chebaa area in southern Lebanon. "Despite its attempts to deny: Hezbollah is responsible for the massacre in Majdal Shams and the killing of children and boys on the soccer field," Adraee adds.
